When I did, they told me to come in---they checked my temperature and had me rinse out my mouth with a dilute peroxide solution. They led me to the exam room, and my tech started on me immediately. She did a thorough, professional job; she seemed cheerful and friendly. After she finished the cleaning and brushing, Dr. O'Brien came in for a quick visit---again, very friendly and professional. He and Brooke put all my fears at ease from the moment I laid back in the chair. Dr. Donaghey explained everything and was so thorough with my dental care. I really like that they use diagrams to help the patient understand what they are talking about in regards to tooth number and what each tooth may need (I.e sealant, filling, crown, etc). They called me early on Monday morning and were able to see me at 12:45 the same day! Dr. Donaghey took a look at the situation, and was able to fix me up. I left the office at 1:45 and headed back to work. He did an excellent job, and made sure I was in no pain whatsoever. They are in-depth experts who look beyond the condition of my teeth to my overall mental and physical condition from my response to the death of my wife who was also an O'Brien patient, to my a-fib.
